Ordering Medicines
Simply search for your medicine using the search bar or browse through categories. Add the medicine to your cart, proceed to checkout, select your delivery address and payment method, and confirm your order. For prescription medicines, you'll need to upload a valid prescription.
Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines can be ordered without a prescription. However, prescription medicines (marked with 'Rx Required') require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
No, there is no minimum order value. You can order any number of products regardless of the order total.
After placing an order, you'll receive an SMS and email confirmation with your order number. You can also track your order status in the 'My Orders' section of your account.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed yet. Go to 'My Orders', select the order, and choose 'Cancel' or 'Modify'. Once processed, cancellations may not be possible.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery charges vary based on your location and order value. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free delivery. Standard delivery charges range from ₹29-99 depending on your pincode.
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 2-4 days, while non-metro areas may take 5-7 days.
We deliver to most pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the product page or checkout to check delivery availability and estimated delivery time.
Yes, you can track your order in real-time. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track it from the 'My Orders' section in your account.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or provide delivery instructions during checkout.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, UPI payments, Net Banking, and select wallets. All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most orders. A nominal COD charge of ₹40 may apply for orders below ₹499.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. We don't store your complete card details on our servers.
Currently, we support a single payment method per order. You can choose the most convenient option during checkout.
Prescriptions
During checkout, if your cart contains prescription medicines, you'll see an option to upload your prescription. You can upload a clear photo or scanned copy of your prescription (JPG, PNG, or PDF format). Make sure the doctor's details and signature are clearly visible.
A valid prescription should include: patient's name, doctor's name and registration number, date of prescription, medicine name with dosage and duration, and the doctor's signature and stamp.
Yes, our qualified pharmacists verify all prescriptions before dispensing. If there are any concerns or clarifications needed, our team will contact you.
Yes, you can upload your prescription once and use it for repeat orders of the same medicines within the validity period specified by your doctor.
Account & Profile
Click on the 'Register' button on the top right corner, select your account type (Patient or Pharmacy), fill in the required details, and complete the registration. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
Click on 'Login', then select 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Log in to your account, go to 'My Profile', and click 'Edit Profile' to update your personal information, contact details, and profile picture.
Yes, you can add and manage multiple delivery addresses from your account. During checkout, you can select any saved address or add a new one.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unopened and undamaged medicines within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. medicines with special storage requirements or those opened after delivery cannot be returned due to quality assurance.
Go to 'My Orders', select the order you wish to return, and click 'Return/Replace'. Choose the reason for return and submit. Our team will coordinate the pickup and refund process.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
If you receive wrong or damaged medicines, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
