Welcome to Lifeline Healthcare. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. By continuing to use Lifeline Healthcare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Lifeline Healthcare operates as an online pharmacy aggregator and delivery platform connecting patients with certified pharmacies. Our services include:

3.1 Account Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Restrictions
You agree not to use the account of another user without permission. Users under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or issues with payment verification.
4.2 Pricing
Prices for products are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We strive to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur.
4.3 Payment Terms
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select wallets. Payment must be received before shipment unless COD is selected.
5. Prescription Requirements
Prescription Medicines
For medicines marked as prescription-required (Rx), you must upload a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Our pharmacists will verify the prescription before dispensing.
Valid prescriptions must include:
- Patient's full name and age
- Doctor's name and registration number
- Date of prescription
- Medicine name, dosage, and duration
- Doctor's signature and stamp
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, availability, and circumstances beyond our control. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery for orders above ₹499. Standard charges of ₹29-99 apply for orders below this threshold.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most pincodes across India. Check availability at checkout by entering your pincode.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returnable Items
Unopened and undamaged medicines may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened medicines, temperature-sensitive products, and items that have been used cannot be returned.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection of returned items.
8. Pharmacy Partner Terms
Pharmacies registered on our Platform must comply with all applicable laws, hold valid licenses, and maintain quality standards as prescribed by regulatory authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifeline Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to such claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
